My name is Caroline Niermann, 31 years old, born in Germany and am the founder of Grow To Be True — a supporting ambitious women (in English & German) who look successful on the outside but crave deeper alignment and freedom within.
After spending six years immersed in inner work and formal education, I learned that true success starts from the inside out. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Business Psychology and multiple certifications in Professional Life coaching, somatic healing, and Kundalini Bodywork combining science, psychology, and energetics to help you create lasting transformation.
Alongside my holistic mentorship, I also support female-led businesses in the backend with marketing, business administration, and strategic systems that bring clarity, structure, and flow into their operations.
My mission is to help women and entrepreneurs reconnect with their true selves, build regulated and sustainable success, and lead their life and business from a place of presence, wholeness & authentic power.
